7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager to lead a convenience store, oversee merchandising and marketing programs, drive profitability, coach and develop store employees, manage cash and fuel transactions, maintain a safe and stocked environment, and provide customer service leadership. The role requires supervisory experience, strong communication and computer skills, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required for candidates with at least one year of retail management experience.
