Activate is hiring a full-time, permanent Store Leader for its Paradise Valley store in Scottsdale, Arizona. Reporting to the Regional Leader, the role oversees daily store operations, customer experience, safety and security, inventory, maintenance, scheduling, hiring, and employee performance. The position requires at least two years of customer-facing leadership experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with hand and power tools and Microsoft Office, and availability for varied shifts. Compensation is $60,000–$70,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
