99 Ranch Market is hiring a full-time Store Management Trainee in Jersey City, New Jersey. The trainee completes a 6- to 8-month training and evaluation period, then is assigned to a store to manage a department, oversee SOPs, product knowledge, planning, ordering, inventory, employee schedules, training, and performance reviews, and support sales targets. The role requires 1-3 years of related experience, including at least one year of management or supervisory experience, flexible weekend and holiday availability, and the ability to travel between stores. Compensation is $20-$25 per hour during training, with promotion to an exempt employee after successful assessment.
