The Store Manager will lead schuh’s Kids store in Leeds, White Rose, developing and motivating the team, coaching staff in product knowledge, fit, style and care, recruiting and training new talent, setting KPIs, driving operational excellence and store profitability, creating store displays, liaising with head office, and promoting the brand. The role requires leadership, retail or customer-service experience, commercial awareness, and a strong customer-service focus; full training is provided.
