CosmoProf is hiring a Store Manager to lead a hair and beauty retail store, manage customer experience and sales performance, oversee operations, budgets, expenses, inventory, safety, security, and store presentation, and develop and coach store associates. The role requires at least three years of customer service or retail sales experience, one year of sales management experience, and prior operational, financial, and performance management experience; a cosmetology license is a plus.
