Boggi Milano is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the efficient operation of a retail store and guide, train, and develop the sales team. The role is responsible for omnichannel customer service, sales and revenue targets, KPI analysis, CRM and inventory management, staffing and scheduling, customer complaint resolution, team performance, recruitment, store image and safety, and administrative reporting.
