The role manages daily convenience-store operations, including sales and customer satisfaction, staff training and development, stock management and reporting, promotions, rostering, human resources, safety, and operational matters. Applicants need at least three years of retail management experience, experience in a remote or regional location, strong communication and customer-service skills, adaptability, attention to detail, and teamwork.
