Description
The Store Manager oversees overall store operations for Goodwill Southern New England, including collections, processing, sales, financial performance, loss control, and personnel management. The role requires supervising more than ten subordinate sales personnel, maintaining customer service and safety standards, managing budgets and cash handling, and ensuring store appearance and production goals are met. It is a full-time retail leadership position in Smithfield, Rhode Island with weekend, evening, and holiday hours, requiring at least three years of related experience including supervision, high school diploma or equivalent, and knowledge of bookkeeping, Microsoft Office, and retail merchandise.
