Subway is hiring a Store Manager to take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a store, reporting to an Area Manager. The role focuses on customer service, team onboarding and leadership, stock and wastage monitoring, deliveries, health and safety, rostering, and sales and customer-experience improvement. Previous leadership experience in retail or hospitality is required, along with adaptability, communication, organization, and task-management skills. The position is with OTR, a division of OTR Group within the VIVA ENERGY RETAIL Australia network, and includes training, uniforms, discounts, accredited qualification opportunities, and potential bonus pay.
