7-Eleven is hiring a Store Manager / Store Leader to oversee store operations, customer service leadership, merchandising and marketing execution, staff coaching, hiring and retention, cash and fuel transaction handling, and compliance with health/sanitation standards. The role requires strong communication, computer skills, and preferably prior retail management experience; a high school diploma or GED is preferred but not required with one year of retail management experience. The position is hourly and includes benefits such as medical, dental, life, and vision insurance, 401(k), paid PTO, tuition reimbursement, and bonus potential.
