The 7-Eleven Store Manager will oversee all operations of a franchisee-operated convenience store in Wheeling, West Virginia. Responsibilities include staffing and recruiting, training and developing employees, managing vendor relations, maintaining a clean and properly stocked store, promoting the brand, maximizing sales and profits, resolving sales obstacles, and controlling inventory.
