The Store Manager will lead daily store operations, oversee layout, logistics, inventory, orders, and goods receipt, and manage and coach the team. The role also involves customer and supplier contact, collaboration with the family management team, and contributing ideas for store improvement. Candidates should be strong organizers and natural leaders, have higher education or equivalent experience, and ideally have experience in store sales, retail, or technical-product sales.
