Description
ALEMI is hiring a Store Manager for a new Munich pop-up store, initially for a six-month onboarding and setup phase with the possibility of transitioning to an unlimited long-term role if the store performs well. The role is 100% full-time, starts at the end of September 2026, and includes three training days in Zurich. Responsibilities include store setup and opening, sales-team leadership, KPI and sales-target monitoring, daily operations, customer relationships, product personalization and repairs, returns, reporting, and process improvement. The position requires several years of Store Manager experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or leather goods; fluent German and English; and strong planning, coordination, communication, and ownership skills.
