The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, business acumen, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, Microsoft Office proficiency, fluency in the local language and English, and flexibility for key retail periods. It is a five-day-per-week salaried position with base pay plus bonus and listed benefits.
