Description
The Store Manager oversees all operational, financial, and team functions of an At Home large-format retail store, driving sales and profit performance, customer experience, merchandising, inventory, safety, staffing, scheduling, payroll, compliance, and team development. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, at least three years of relevant leadership experience in big-box or high-volume retail, experience leading teams of 20+ members and managing at least $5 million in annual revenue or budget, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and workforce-management systems. The position also requires physical retail work, including extended standing, lifting, climbing ladders, and flexible availability for nights, weekends, and holidays.
