Autobarn is hiring a Store Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of an automotive retail store. The role reports to the Area Manager and is responsible for sales and operational performance, health and safety, financial management, inventory and rostering, customer service, visual merchandising, team recruitment and development, and fostering a positive culture. Candidates should have proven experience as a Store Manager or senior retail leader, strong people leadership and commercial skills, and a commitment to safety, compliance, and customer-focused service.
