Description
The Store Manager will lead the fresh food departments in a retail store in Vienna, including the delicatessen, meat, and bakery counter. The role involves customer service and complaint handling, staff supervision, sales and inventory management, product availability, ordering, presentation, pricing, HACCP compliance, cashier duties, and safe/treasury management. The position requires completed retail or restaurant and catering training, several years of professional experience, food quality awareness, customer orientation, teamwork, reliability, and German language skills. It is a long-term position with 30 to 38.5 hours per week.
