Description
The Store Manager will oversee fresh departments including delicatessen, meat, and the bakery counter, manage customer service and complaints, supervise counter staff and apprentices, support revenue and inventory targets, ensure product availability and pricing, conduct freshness and quality checks, and comply with HACCP regulations. The role requires retail or hospitality experience, strong customer orientation, teamwork, reliability, commercial thinking, and German language skills; completed retail or hospitality training is an advantage.
