BLOEM! is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of three flower shops at Schiphol Plaza. The role manages sales, staffing, store appearance, customer service, and the BLOEM! concept, with the manager working on the shop floor and supported by a team leader and regional manager. The position requires at least 32 hours per week, fluent Dutch, management experience in retail or hospitality, strong communication and customer-focus, and flexibility across shifts. The stated gross monthly salary is €3,100 to €3,300, with a 30% Sunday premium and a possible range of €3,300 to €3,500 for regular Sunday work.
