BoxLunch is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail store and achieve sales and comp-sales goals. The role includes recruiting, developing, and retaining staff; managing operations, schedules, payroll, shrink, merchandising, promotions, supply ownership, and customer engagement; and collaborating with retail leadership and headquarters. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and the ability to perform physical store tasks.
