BoxLunch is hiring a Store Manager to lead a retail store and achieve sales and compensation goals. The role oversees recruiting, development, performance management, customer service, merchandising, promotions, shrink and loss prevention, payroll, scheduling, supply ownership, sales reporting, and collaboration with retail leadership and headquarters. Candidates need at least 1–2 years of retail store management experience, a high school diploma or GED equivalent, and the ability to work in a fast-changing retail environment.
