Replacement Parts, Inc. is hiring a Store Manager for a Bumper to Bumper Auto Parts retail store. The role is responsible for store sales and profitability, purchasing, budgeting, accounting, personnel management, customer service, inventory control, and direct sales. The manager supervises 2–25 employees, hires and trains staff, and may visit customers. Requirements include a high school diploma or GED, at least two years of auto parts experience, management experience preferred, ASE certifications preferred, basic computer skills, and a valid driver's license with a good driving record; Class E is required for Missouri locations.
