Burton is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead retail store operations, achieve sales goals, provide exceptional customer service, manage and develop store staff, maintain inventory and merchandising standards, control expenses, execute in-store events, manage social media content, and ensure operational compliance. The role requires 5–8 years of large-volume retail experience, including at least 3 years of direct store management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and a passion for snowboarding. Candidates must reside in one of the listed eligible states at the time of hire.
