Burton is hiring a Store Manager to develop and operate a pop-up store in North Conway, New Hampshire, according to company retail standards. The role oversees staff hiring, training, customer service, inventory and assortment, in-store marketing, reporting, budgeting, sales planning, warranty cases, and brand representation. It reports to the North America Retail Manager and requires at least five years of retail or sporting-goods and fashion experience, preferably in a managerial role, along with strong people-management, communication, customer-service, conflict-management, and time-management skills.
