The role manages store employees, schedules staff, recruits and trains personnel, maintains site standards and safety, handles customer complaints, develops supplier relationships, and analyzes sales, expenses, budgets, and merchandise margins. The position offers flexible day, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts and requires a valid driver’s license, transportation, English communication skills, and the ability to work indoors and outdoors, including in walk-in coolers or freezers.
