Store Manager at D&B Supply

The Store Manager oversees day-to-day retail operations for an assigned store, including sales, customer service, cost and safety objectives, staff coaching, hiring and discipline, performance evaluations, inventory, budgeting, scheduling, and policy compliance. The role requires at least five years of store or business management experience, financial management knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work any shift, stand for most of the shift, and lift up to 75 pounds. A bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field is preferred but not required.
