PedidosYa is hiring a Store Operations Manager to lead the proper functioning of a store, coordinate work teams, optimize order picking, manage inventory and replenishment, oversee receiving, control costs and shrinkage, maintain equipment and safety standards, support order delivery, recruit and schedule staff, and mentor collaborators. The role requires at least three years of team leadership experience, three years of retail or supermarket experience, and experience with loss prevention, shrinkage, and inventory control; it is based near Santa Cruz Sur and requires flexible working hours.
