e-motion is hiring a Store Manager (m/f/d) to independently manage its Berlin-Steglitz e-bike retail location and a team of up to 15 employees. The role covers team leadership, customer service and sales, assortment planning, stock control, local marketing, process optimization, and business development. Candidates should have commercial training, a degree, or comparable qualification, plus retail, store management, customer service, or team leadership experience. The position offers a five-day work week, vacation, training, employee discounts, and subsidized bike leasing.
