Description
The client is recruiting a Store Manager on a permanent contract to oversee a pet-store location. The role manages store performance through KPIs and budgets, leads and develops a team, implements commercial and social policies, ensures hygiene and safety compliance, and delivers a strong in-store customer experience. Candidates need at least four years of experience in a similar specialized-retail position or be a department manager seeking advancement, with knowledge of retail financial statements and KPIs, the ability to manage at least four people, and preferably experience in Maxi Zoo or specialized retail.
