Extra Space Storage is hiring a Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of one or more self-storage locations with limited direct supervision. The role manages customer relationships and sales, maintains cleanliness and site safety, handles billing and cash transactions, oversees budgets and administrative tasks, and supports employee relationships. Candidates need at least two years of customer-facing experience, a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and access to a reliable personal vehicle; leadership and sales experience are preferred. The pay scale is $18.54–$20.00, with medical, paid time off, retirement matching, and other benefits.
