The role is responsible for hiring, coaching, scheduling, budgeting, inventory and shrink control, merchandising, expense management, employee relations, community relations, safety compliance, and reporting to company officials. The position requires strong leadership, communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to work flexible schedules, stand for extended periods, and perform physical store tasks.
