Description
The Store Manager will oversee a convenience store operation, including retail sales, fuel management, food service, staffing, scheduling, training, customer service, inventory, cash handling, compliance, safety, and profitability. The role requires leadership, organizational and mathematical skills, a valid unrestricted driver’s license, physical ability to work varied shifts and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds, and availability for 40–50 hours per week.
