NAPA is hiring an experienced Store Manager to lead a fast-paced auto parts retail store, drive revenue and profit, manage the P&L, develop wholesale accounts, build and guide the crew, improve store processes, and maintain safety and asset security. The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, customer focus, retail or parts-store management experience, and ASE certifications; technical or trade education and automotive or heavy-equipment industry experience are preferred. The position offers a starting salary of $70,000, health, dental, and vision insurance, a 401(k) with company match, paid time off, and other employee benefits.
