Gusti Leder is hiring a Store Manager for its Poznań retail store. The role manages and develops a 3–4-person sales team, motivates employees, coaches sales staff, achieves sales targets, provides customer service, maintains product displays, schedules staff, organizes store operations, implements local promotions, monitors store performance, and reports to the Regional Manager. The position requires English communication, retail leadership experience, sales ability, cash-handling and payment-terminal skills, Google Workspace familiarity, and experience with sales and inventory systems. It offers a full-time 40-hour contract, sales-target bonus, discounts, and development opportunities.
