Description
HMS is hiring a full-time Store Manager for an indefinite contract in an in-store retail environment. The role oversees store operations, customer service, sales performance, budget and payroll management, staff recruitment, training, scheduling, visual merchandising, maintenance, and health and safety. The manager reports to the Retail Operations Manager and is responsible for the store’s P&L, KPIs, and direct reports, including Assistant Store Managers, Sales Assistants, Stock Room Keepers, and In Store Visual Merchandisers. The position requires at least two years of retail store experience, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role, along with financial and customer service knowledge, MS Office proficiency, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and shift-flexibility skills.
