JYSK is hiring a Store Manager to lead and coach the store team, monitor sales and develop action plans, ensure a customer-focused experience, organize recruitment and training, maintain the store, and work on the shop floor. The role requires leadership, customer focus, commercial awareness, flexibility, and willingness to perform physical work. It offers a gross monthly salary supplemented by holiday pay and an end-of-year bonus, up to €5,000 in annual bonuses, meal and eco vouchers, hospitalization insurance, a 35-hour week, vacation days, and other employee benefits.
