Description
JYSK is hiring a Store Manager to lead and develop a retail team, coach employees, ensure a positive customer experience, implement store improvements, and maintain smooth store operations. The role requires MBO-level education or work experience, at least one year of retail experience, preferably management experience, fluent Dutch, some English knowledge, and flexibility. Compensation is a gross starting salary of €2,570–€3,830 per month, with bonuses, flexible rosters, staff discounts, travel allowance, vacation days, and group insurance.
