JYSK is hiring a Store Manager to independently manage a store in the Oberndorf am Neckar area after completing onboarding and the Store Manager Trainee Program. The role leads and develops the store team, drives sales and KPI performance, ensures excellent customer service, and implements store concepts. Candidates should have leadership experience in retail, hospitality, or the service sector, strong German skills at least at C1, and an entrepreneurial, results-oriented approach.
