JYSK is hiring a Store Manager to take full responsibility for independently running a store in Reinbek after onboarding at a Hamburg-Bergedorf store. The role leads and develops the store team, drives sales and KPI performance, ensures excellent customer service, and implements store operations including sales-floor work and merchandise receiving and stocking. Candidates need retail, hospitality, or services leadership experience, strong customer and sales orientation, proactive and entrepreneurial thinking, and very good German proficiency at least at C1.
