BRACAI is hiring a Store Manager for its new store in the Main-Taunus Center near Frankfurt am Main. The role owns the store’s daily operations, product quality, hygiene, service, staffing, sales, costs, inventory, KPIs, and compliance, while leading and developing a team of 5 to 8 employees. Candidates need several years of experience in food service, system catering, or hospitality, prior leadership experience, strong numerical and organizational skills, and very good German; English is an advantage. The position offers performance-based compensation and development opportunities.
