Kohl’s is hiring a Store Manager to lead the entire store team and drive customer experience, associate engagement, sales, profitability, and operational performance. The role oversees scheduling and labor costs, hiring and performance management, training, inventory, loss prevention, merchandising, floor replenishment, and customer service. Candidates must be at least 18, supervise 20 or more associates, and have strong communication, decision-making, problem-solving, and people-management skills; retail experience and a college degree or equivalent education and experience are preferred. The pay range is $87,400.00 to $148,600.00, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other programs.
