Konvert is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a modern bakery. The role manages revenue targets, staff scheduling, administrative tasks, employee and student training, team communication, quality and hygiene, and coordination with the regional manager. The position requires a secondary education diploma, several years of store-manager experience, fluent Dutch, Outlook proficiency, and the ability to work morning or afternoon shifts. It is a permanent 38-hour, five-day contract with a market-rate salary, bonus plan, weekend premium, meal vouchers, and other benefits.
