Additional Information

Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Required Previous Experiences: Demonstrated leadership experience in a retail/sales environment.
Proven ability to manage, drive and deliver financial results while controlling costs.
Ability to influence and motivate a team to achieve set goals and objectives.
Ability to problem solve, manage inventory, merchandising, and customer service.
Preferred Qualifications: Guest and team focused mindset with extensive experience in customer-facing, customer-centric environments.
