Retailors is hiring a full-time Store Manager for a luxury-brand store in the Antwerp region. The role is responsible for recruiting, training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team; achieving sales and operational targets; managing store operations, labor costs, staffing, loss prevention, health and safety, visual merchandising, product launches, and product flow; and maintaining premium customer service. The position requires at least three years of retail leadership experience, strong English proficiency, Microsoft Office and retail-system skills, and availability for weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
