PENNY is hiring a Store Manager for its D3 store in Mannheim, Germany. The role is responsible for sales readiness, day-to-day store operations when the manager is absent, coordinating with the store manager, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring KPIs, and steering revenue and inventory. Candidates should have completed vocational training in retail, ideally with relevant professional experience, and be flexible to work Monday through Saturday.
