PENNY is hiring a Store Manager in Garching near Munich for a full-time permanent position. The role is responsible for stocking the store, overseeing day-to-day operations when the store manager is absent, coordinating with the store manager, handling customer inquiries and complaints, monitoring key performance figures, and steering sales and stocktaking. Candidates should have a successfully completed vocational qualification in retail, ideally with relevant professional experience, and be customer-friendly, responsible, flexible, and willing to work within opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
