PENNY is hiring a Store Manager for its store at 45549 Sprockhövel, Bochumer Str. 6. The role is responsible for store readiness and ongoing operations when the manager is absent, coordinating with the store manager, controlling and assigning tasks, supporting customers, monitoring key figures, and driving sales and stocktaking. Candidates should have completed vocational training in retail, ideally with relevant professional experience, and be flexible within opening hours from Monday to Saturday.
