PENNY is hiring a Store Manager for its Berlin / Buckow store. The role is full-time, permanent, and scheduled for 37 hours per week. The Store Manager ensures the store is adequately staffed and ready for business, leads day-to-day operations when the store manager is absent, coordinates with the store manager, handles customer inquiries and complaints, and monitors sales and inventory. A successfully completed vocational qualification in retail is required, with relevant work experience preferred; career changers from hotel or catering industries are also welcome.
