PENNY is hiring a part-time permanent Store Manager in Ingolstadt to ensure the store’s sales readiness and manage day-to-day operations when the store manager is absent. The role collaborates with the store manager, supports customers, monitors sales and inventory, and requires a completed vocational training qualification in retail, ideally with relevant work experience. The position is available Monday through Saturday between 07:00 and 24:00 and includes vacation pay, a second-year Christmas bonus, employee discounts, a discounted Deutschlandticket, and pension benefits.
