PENNY is hiring a Store Manager for its store at Neue Reihe 94, 18225 Kühlungsborn. The role is full-time or part-time for 35–39 hours per week and is permanent. Responsibilities include preparing the store for sale, managing day-to-day operations when the store manager is absent, coordinating with the store manager, controlling sales and inventory, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and motivating employees. Candidates should have completed vocational training in retail, ideally with relevant experience, and be flexible with opening hours Monday through Saturday.
